How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on every order to the United States. There is no minimum order.

How fast do you ship?

Orders are shipped within 24 hours.

Do I get a tracking number?

Yes. Every order ships with tracking. You receive the tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Returns and refunds

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. Items must be unworn, undamaged and in their original condition and packaging.

How do I return an item?

Email support@verlainejewelry.com or use our contact page with your order number and the item you want to return. We will reply with the return instructions. Please do not send anything back before contacting us.

When do I get my refund?

Within 5–10 business days after we receive and check your return, to your original payment method.

My item arrived damaged or I received the wrong item. What now?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We send a replacement or give you a full refund.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Contact us as soon as possible. Because orders are shipped within 24 hours, changes are only possible until your order has shipped.

Yes. All Verlaine jewelry is made with 18k gold plating over stainless steel. It will not tarnish, fade or turn your skin green — even with daily water exposure.
