Returns

Not the right piece? Contact us at support@verlainejewelry.com within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange the return together. Please don't send anything back before we have agreed on the return with you.

To be eligible, items must be unworn, in the same condition you received them and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, earrings can only be returned when they are faulty.

Faulty or damaged items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

1-year color guarantee

If the gold color of your piece fades or tarnishes within one year of delivery under normal wear, send us a photo and your order number and we will replace the piece.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you whether it is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Items received for free with Buy 2, Get 1 Free are refunded at the discounted price paid.
