Yes. The 18K gold PVD finish over stainless steel is water, sweat and heat resistant, so showers, swimming and workouts won't make it tarnish or discolor.

Can I wear it in the shower and the sea?
Yes for our PVD gold pieces: the gold is a PVD coating bonded to stainless steel, so water, salt and sweat do not make it tarnish. Rinse with fresh water after the sea or pool to keep the shine. Pieces in gold over sterling silver are water resistant; take those off for long swims.
Will it turn my skin green?
No. Stainless steel does not react with skin the way brass or copper do, which is what causes green marks.
